    Description: Permanent residency in Saudi Arabia without renewal requirements.
    Basic Requirements: One-time premium residency fee; proof of financial stability; clean criminal record; valid passport; medical clearance.

    Real Estate Residency

    Description: Granted to individuals who own real estate in Saudi Arabia.
    Basic Requirements: Proof of property ownership meeting government valuation thresholds; property must not be on prohibited or restricted land.

    Entrepreneur Residency

    Description: For founders of startups or innovative projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
