We begin by reviewing resumes and verifying the following:

We check for any required licenses or professional certifications. If the position requires special licenses or accreditations, we make sure they are valid and up to date to avoid any future issues.
We interview the candidate to get to know them and conduct any necessary tests (as requested by the client). We also evaluate their performance during the interview, and ensure they meet the basic initial requirements such as:
- Relevant and required skills
- Language proficiency (if requested by the client)
- Communication and personal presentation
- Previous experience
- Practical assessments (if requested by the client)
- A second interview is conducted by one of our specialists to introduce the candidate to the nature of the role and responsibilities
- We assess the candidate’s readiness commitment and actual level of interest
- We discuss salary expectations and negotiate if needed
- Finally, we prepare and send a detailed evaluation report to you
